The Avalon Homeowners Association Board of Directors meets the second Monday of every month. These meetings are held on a rotating basis at one of the board member's homes. All homeowners are welcome to join the general session which begins at 7:00 to meet neighbors, discuss upcoming events, bring up matters of concern, share new ideas or participate in the Association's activities.
Please feel free to contact any one of the board members by filling out the attached form and submitting it. Keep in mind that our board members are Avalon residents just like you and have full-time jobs and families. They have volunteered to represent you without any monetary compensation for the time and effort that goes into managing the Association. Their goal is to help ensure the look and quality of living in our community through the Avalon Covenants which help to maintain a high level of property value for every homeowner.
